Lethargic energy

Surrendered by my fears,

My soul can’t be hurt

by others

my soul is energy,

you can’t kill energy,

the only things

that can hurt

my soul are

my thoughts,

my fears,

my brain,

my ego.

It starts and ends with me,

I’m playing games with myself

and I’m not having fun.

It’s all foggy,

In blurred lines,

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath,

Let it go,

You are not codependent

of anyone.
